Youongevity's payout is balanced. The compensation plan rewards both those who simply want to get their products for free AND those who want to earn a supplemental income. There are increased rewards for LEADERS.

There is no need to worry about understanding all of the details of Youngevity's compensation plan as long as you grasp the basic concepts of the power it yields. Youngevity will calculate your commissions and send you a check each month. To see a detailed report of who you got paid on is in your Home Office.

Personal Purchase Rebate: In addition to the bonus commissions described above, each Youngevity Associate qualifies for a Personal Purchase Rebate for achieving the following sales volumes:

  • $100-500: 3 percent rebate
  • $500-1000: 5 percent rebate
  • $1000-5000: 7 percent rebate
  • $5000 and up: 10 percent rebate

JR. Associate - Levels 1-2
Requirements: Must have at least 50 PBV (Personal Bonus Volume) during a calendar month.
Benefits: Earn bonus commission on your Group Volume through 2 levels.

Associate - Levels 1-3
Requirements:
Must have at least 100 PBV (Personal Bonus Volume) during a calendar month Benefits: Earn bonus commission on your Group Volume through 3 levels.
Eligible to earn: 1. Quick Start Bonus.
                            2. 3% - 10% Personal Purchase Rebate

Managing Associate - Level 1-5. (Two ways to become a Manageing Associate)
Requirements: Must have at least 150 PBV (Personal Bonus Volume) during a calendar month. Must have 3 Active Jr. Associates (or above) on 1st level. Must have a total of 900 GV (Group Volume) in first 2 levels.
Or
300 PBV (Personal Bonus Volume) during a calendar month. Must have 3 Active Associates (or above) on the 1st level.
Benefits: Earn bonus commission on your Group Volume through 5 levels.
Eligible to earn: 1. Quick Start Bonus
                            2. 3% -10% Personal Purchase Rebate

Diamond Executive Leader
. Level 1-6
Requirements: 300 PBV (Personal Bonus Volume) during a calendar month. 3 Active Managing Associates (or above) on 1st level. 5400 GV (Group Volume) in first 3 levels.
Benefits: Earn bonus commission on your Group Volume through 6 levels. Earn 2% Leadership Bonus paid to infinity or until reaching next qualified Diamond Leader thru 6 generations!
Eligible to earn: 1. Quick Start Bonus
                           2. 3% -10% Personal Purchase Rebate

Double Diamond Executive Leader.
Requirements:
300 PBV (Personal Bonus Volume) during a calendar month. 3 Active Diamond Executive Associates in 3 different legs. 7500 GV (Group Volume) in first 3 levels. Perform 10 hours of community service and submit write up (1st month only)
Benefits:
Earn bonus commission on your Group Volume through 6 levels. Earn 2% Leadership Bonus paid to infinity or until reaching next qualified Diamond Leader thru 6 generations. Earn $500 Dream Bonus.
Eligible to earn:
1. Quick Start Bonus
                            2. 3% - 10% Personal Purchase Rebate

Triple Diamond Executive Leader.
Requirements:
300 PBV (Personal Bonus Volume) during a calendar month. 43,200 GV (Group Volume) in first 3 levels. At least 1 qualified Diamond in each of 9 individual legs (lines of sponsorship) Participate in at least 3 cross-line training meetings. This means presenting training material and strategies at other distributor meetings who are not in your downline. Mandatory adherence to the Code of Conduct. (See the code for details.
Benefits:
Earn bonus commission on your Group Volume through 6 levels. Earn 2% Leadership Bonus paid to infinity or until reaching next qualified Diamond Leader thru 6 generations. Participate in Revenue Sharing Bonus with other Triple Diamonds (equal to 1/2 of 1% of global net revenue sales paid monthly)

Explanation of the Quick Start Bonus Plan .

1. Associate Quick Start
     A. Qualifications
          1. Must be a qualified associate with a complete application on file
          2. At least 100 BV on Autoship for the month
     B. Benefits: Up to 20% commission.
          1. New Associate - Earn up to 20% of all new Associates for their first volume month on  up to 300 BV*, (16%           bonus + 1/2 the normal commissions on Quick Start volume for a total of up to 20% commissions on the new volume)

          2. First New Autoship - Earn up to 20% on your new Associate first Autoship volume month on up to 300 BV, (16%           bonus + 1/2 the normal commissions on Quick Start volume for a total of up to 20% commissions on the new           Autoship volume)

2. Managing Quick Start

     A. Qualifications
          1. Must be a managing associate or above, with a completed application on file.
     B. Benefits
          1. New Associate - Earn up to 30% of all new Associates BV for their first volume month up to 300 BV*, (26%           bonus + 1/2 the normal commissions on Quick Start volume for  a total of up to 30% commissions on the new volume)

          2. First New Autoship - Earn up to 30% on your new Associates BV for the first Autoship month up to 300 BV,           (26% bonus + 1/2 the normal commissions on Quick Start volume for a total of up to 30% commissions on the new           Autoship volume)

3. Extra Incentive for Managing Associates
If you are the first Managing Associate (or higher) in the direct line of sponsorship above an Associate who earns a Quick Start Bonus, you will earn a 10% bonus on all downline Quick Start Volume + 1/2 normal commissions on that volume.

If you enroll a new associate in your downline you will receive the quick start as if the new sign-ups were in your first level uni-level commission will be dependent on actual level.

1. If I recruit a new associate in March, but they do not order products until April, do I still get the Quickstart Bonus in April?
Answer: Yes, if you qualify for the Quickstart bonus in April. The Quickstart pays you the extra bonus on the first month that the new distributor places his or her first order, whether it is the same month they sign up or even 6 months later.

2. If I'm a Managing Associate but someone (Bill) on my front level doesn't qualify for the Quickstart bonus, do I still receive the Managing Associate Quickstart on the new associates the Bill recruits?
Answer: No. The Managing Associate Quickstart is designed to encourage you to teach and train your downline associates to be on the Autoship and qualify for the Sponsor Quickstart. As a Managing Associate you receive the Quickstart only on those orders where the Enroller qualifies for the Associate Quickstart.
